Job Responsibility
  • Requires a high school diploma or equivalent and 0-3 years of experience in the field or in a related area.
  • Resolve product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem.
  • Able to make new clients and generating leads.
  • Handle complaints, provide appropriate solutions and alternatives within the time limits and follow up to ensure resolution.
  • Go the extra mile to engage customers.
  • Resolve customer complaints via phone, email, mail or social media.
  • Able to speak in English, Mandarin and Bahasa Malaysia.

Job Requirements
  • Diploma and above
  • Good interpersonal skill and customer service
  • Good command of written English, Mandarin & Bahasa Malaysia
  • Able to join immediately or short notice
